The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing date in the appeal by Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last presidential election.
Atiku is challenging the September 6, judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) which dismissed his petition against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
The apex court on Thursday, October 19 sent out a hearing notice,for Monday, October 23, to all parties involved.
