“She left him and his sister and never looked back until after 15 years” ― Former Ekiti governor’s media aide, Lere Olayinka berates Mohbad’s mum
Lere Olayinka, a former media aide to ex-governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose, has taken to social media to criticize the mother of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad.
In a post shared via his Facebook page, Lere alleged that Mohbad’s mother abandoned him and his sister for fifteen years and never looked back.
Lere claimed that Mohbad’s sister had to learn tailoring and couldn’t even establish a shop of her own, but only makes clothes in their father’s house.
Speaking further, he expressed displeasure with the late singer’s mother for living in his lavish apartment in Lekki, Lagos, despite allegedly abandoning him.
Recall that Mohbad’s mother came out after his sudden death to reveal that she is still alive, contrary to claims that she is dead, and sought justice for his death.
He wrote,
“A woman left two children, MOHBAD and his sister, in the hands of a man and never looked back until after 15 years.
Today, the same woman is living in an apartment in a major Estate in Lekki, Lagos, courtesy of the child she abandoned for 15 years!
Meanwhile, the daughter she abandoned alongside MOHBAD had to learn TAILORING and has no shop of her own up till today. She is doing her tailoring in her father’s house.
And the same woman too is receiving condolences on a child that died partly because the mother who should have helped to make him a better person abandoned him for 15 years.
God dey.
#justiceformohbad”
