Rema makes history, becomes the first Nigerian Afrobeat singer to hold Guinness World Record
Nigerian Afrobeat Gem, Rema has breached another dimension after he stamped his name in the Guinness World Record Book.
This transpired shortly after the “Dumebi” crooner marked entry on the Guinness Book with his hit song ‘Calm Down’ weeks after it won the First No. 1 on The Official MENA Chart (the world’s first regional streaming chart) Record.
He became the first Nigerian artist and Afrobeat Gem to achieve this mark and emerged to be the only Nigerian music star holding a Guinness World Record.
Nigerians have flooded all the social media platforms to celebrate the mark with loads of positive congratulatory messages.
