Super Falcons star, Michelle Alozie, got people talking and typing after she shared a photo she took with a lady and referred to her as “my husband”.
In the picture, the woman is seen hugging Alozie from behind.
The Nigerian footballer captioned the photo: “Happy us over them day.”
She added: “to my husband”.
The photo quickly made its way to X as Nigerians speculated about her sexuality.
Alozie has now clarified. Apparently, it is the others lady’s birthday and she was simply celebrating her.
“I like guys. Lol. Relax” Alozie wrote.
