Nyesom Wike turns up as Minister of FCT with a car that has “FCT 01” as number plate (video)

Former Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, made quite a loud statement while resuming as the new minister of FCT. 

In videos shared online, he was seen turning up for work in a car that had “FCT 01” as number plate.
