A Nigerian mum is trending after her daughter shared her simple exercise routine.
In the video shared by the daughter, the mother is seen working out to get a flat tummy.
She is seen standing with her arms above her head. She then lowers her arm to stomach level and clenches them.
“What sort of exercise is this?” her daughter is heard asking while laughing on the background.
It is not clear for how long the woman had been exercising but she seemed exhausted and out of breath after the short session shown in the clip.
“Aang (Avatar character) sef no do reach this one,” the daughter wrote as she shared the video.
