Primeboy, a childhood friend of Mohbad, claims that the late singer’s wife is attempting to falsely implicate him in response to his being pursued by the police.
Previously, the Nigerian Police had issued a wanted poster for him, offering a reward of 1 million naira for any information leading to his whereabouts.
Having voluntarily turned himself into the police, Primeboy was interviewed by TVC News reporters who were present at the scene.
He expressed utter bewilderment upon hearing the news of his being sought by the police, as he asserted that they never extended an invitation to him, which he declined.
