Actress Mary Remmy Njoku has expressed concern for minimum wage earners in Nigeria after she went shopping with N100,000 and her cart was far from full.
The mum-of-three took to Instagram to write: “Hmmm. The Sapa (hardship) in Nigeria has gone pro max!!
“How is the average man planning for Christmas?”
She continued: “This is crazy!! Spent 100k at the supermarket and trolley no full! How is minimum wage?”

Multiple actresses have complained about the current hardship in Nigeria as the inflation rate continues to rise, without a commensurate rise in earnings.
