Heartbreaking photos of late singer Mohbad with injuries on his face after several alleged assaults have surfaced online.

In the images, the singer, whose real name was Promise Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba is pictured with injuries on his face.

Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12 at the age of 27. He was laid to rest in Ikorodu the following day according to Islamic rites.

Mohbad’s close associates have claimed that before his sudden death, he was allegedly attacked on several occasions after he had left Marlian Music owned by rapper, Naira Marley due to an internal dispute and allegations of assault.

Lagos socialite and Naira Marley’s close friend, Sam Larry, has been heavily accused of assaulting the late singer when he was alive.

Larry deactivated his Instagram account today after he was accused of assaulting singer Mohbad on several occasions before his sudden death.

The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.
