A suspected bridge rail thief has been apprehended in Lagos state.
The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, says the suspect identified as Mastru Mutairu, 30, was caught in the act on Carter Bridge at about 3:15 am.
‘’At about 3:15am yesterday, a motorist informed the police of a vandal on Carter Bridge. Officers from Ebute-ero Division swiftly moved in and caught Mastru Mutairu ‘m’ aged 30 actively vandalizing bridge railings. He took to his heels but was arrested.
