Paul Pogba was instrumental as Manchester United came from behind to win their 9th away league game in a row this season. The feat is already a club-record.

Despite his great goal against the Hammers which kick-started a memorable comeback, the French man still wants to leave Old Trafford.

Evra has stated that it is hard to blame Pogba because he already told the Manchester United board he wants to leave. The former left-back shifted the blame on the board for not al

lowing a player who already announced his intention to exit the club.

He said:

“I think it’s normal he’s starting today with Fred and Bruno missing. I think Ole wants Pogba to prove himself so he can be on the team sheet all the time. “The position of Paul is really easy. He spoke to the board, he wanted to leave Man United to a certain point, they kept him, so it’s difficult to blame him because he’s been honest with the board. “Now he’s playing. He needs to respect the shirt, his team-mates, the manager and then he’ll have a great chance.” I can already feel that people just wait for Paul to fail to again criticise him. It’s been a problem because they didn’t deal with it at the beginning of the season, in truth.”

Pogba has been constantly linked with a move away from the club with Juventus, and Real Madrid said to be his huge admirers. French giants, Paris St. Germain, are also said to be weighing up a move for him.

The midfielder has constantly hinted at making a switch from his childhood club after a world record transfer of 89 million Pounds in 2016.

He has received a lot of criticism during his time with many citing his attitude and passion. As his contract winds up soon, Manchester United may be forced into selling him for lesser than the price for which he was bought.
