Kunle Afolayan flew into rage after seeing the tweet, calling the user “a very stupid idiot” for thinking ‘Citation’ did not have subtitles for French. He said the reason the said user couldn’t get the subtitles for the French part was because the version of movie he saw was from “unauthorised streaming platforms.”
As a response, the Nollywood director wrote:
“You are a very stupid idiot. That’s what you get if you keep downloading films from unauthorized streaming platforms. Omo ale.”
